Veteran Solutions, LLC was formed in Texas in 2019. Javier wanted a business of his own. He also wanted to lock in the name before anyone else could take it, and he knew government contracts go to companies, not individuals. He was working in the Office of the U.S. Senate Sergeant at Arms at the time, and a coworker told him to file, even if only as a placeholder. He did.
It began with notary work and then wedding officiating. Both are crowded fields where the lowest price usually wins. So he stepped back and rebuilt the company around what he knows best: IT, networking and security. There's plenty of room in IT, even with the giants in it.

Javier is a service-disabled U.S. Army Veteran and IT professional specializing in network administration, security, and hands-on hardware deployment. He has led a Tier 2 network operations center team, managed municipal traffic network infrastructure, and carried out large-scale equipment commissioning in enterprise data centers.
Outside of work, he stays active in Waco's Veteran community as chair of the City of Waco Veteran Advisory Board.
